In an attempt to improve the product feedback and feature request process, Microsoft has announced integration of Windows 265 to its new feedback portal. In addition to Windows and Microsoft 365 users, Windows 365 users will now be able to send their feedback to Microsoft directly through this portal.
Microsoft introduced the feedback portal earlier last to replace the longstanding UserVoice forums and since then, the portal has been in preview. At the time of announcement, Microsoft described the feedback portal as a ‘consolidated destination’ for users to provide feedback on different Microsoft products.
Following the announcement, previously submitted requests or feedback for Windows 365 via Windows Tech Community are now being migrated to the new portal. Additionally, all of the feature requests are now set to read-only with all of the feedback items will be visible in the new portal by April 29, 2022. Afterwards, if you don’t see your feedback, you’ll need to resubmit the feedback to the new portal.
If you’re planning on using the new portal, you should note that you’ll need to have a Microsoft account to submit the feedback to Microsoft. After signing in, you’ll be able to select ‘Send Feedback’ button at the top right corner and complete all of the required fields to submit the feedback.
