Although we’re still months away from getting our first glimpse into iPhone 13, there hasn’t been any shortage of rumors regarding the upcoming smartphone. One of the rumors suggests that the next iPhone will feature smaller notch and now, recent photos obtained by MacRumors from Greek technology repair company iRepair, suggest that the rumor might be accurate after all.
The images showcase the front glass panels that will be used by iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, and the iPhone 13 Pro, and the iPhone 13 Pro Max. While we’ll have to wait to see if the photos are accurate representation, the first glance seems to verify that the notch will be smaller.
If you’re looking to see a complete redesign that gets rid of the notch, then you’ll be disappointed that the notch will still be present. However, it seems that Apple is making the notch significantly smaller and it’s staying for another generation.
This latest report comes after recent reports have suggested that Apple is set to include 120Hz screen with adaptive refresh rate. While not confirmed, Samsung is rumored to provide the OLED displays. As we move forward to the official announcement, it’s likely that we’ll learn more about the upcoming smartphone in the coming months.
