Earlier last month Microsoft unveiled a number of titles for Xbox Game Pass subscribers such as The Witcher 3, Pillars of Eternity and My Friend Pedro. The company has recently announced that Grand Theft Auto V will be available for the subscribers starting from today.
As you might already know, Grand Theft Auto V is the latest installments in the Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto series. Although the game launched on the last generation consoles back in 2013 with PC release coming after a year, the title remains to be one of the most popular title among gamers due to its replayability.
As for the Game Pass subscribers, those who are currently signed up for the Ultimate version of Game Pass, or to Xbox Live Gold, will also be able to access GTA Online for free. Additionally, Game Pass subscribers will also be able to purchase the Criminal Enterprise Starter pack and Shark Cash Cards for up to 10% off the regular price. If you aren’t subscribed to Game Pass, you might want to check it out as Microsoft is offering the first three months of Game Pass Ultimate for new subscribers for just $1. However, you might need to hurry as the deal will end on January 6.
Although the game is over 6 years old at this point, the latest addition will certainly be a welcome one. The title is getting minor but consistent content updates since its launch. As a result, if you haven’t played the title in a while and is a subscriber to the Game Pass, you might want to play the title once more due to its contents.
