While it has been over two months since Avengers: Endgame came out, it seems that there are still people who haven’t seen the latest Avengers movie. At least from Twitter responses after Tom Holland spoiled the movie’s plot during a recent interview.
Tom Holland isn’t particularly new when it comes to dishing out spoilers and during a recent interview in Graham Norton show while he was promoting Spider-Man: Far From Home, the actor let slip the plot of the last movie. He was asked how the upcoming movie will tie up to the events from Avengers: Endgame. He replied that the upcoming movie is a direct follow up to Endgame.
He said, “The film is a direct continuation of Avengers: Endgame so we deal with the ramifications of the blip, of the death of Tony Stark, Sorry if anyone hasn’t seen the film! If you haven’t, then you’re living under a rock, to be honest.”
Shortly after the interview aired, fans criticized the actor for spoiling the movie. One Twitter user said, “Oh, cheers, Tom Holland! I haven’t seen Avengers Endgame yet. Thanks for the massive spoiler.”

While some fans are genuinely devastated, Holland isn’t the one to blame here though. It’s been quite a while since Avengers: Endgame came out and the actor is currently busy promoting the upcoming Spider-Man movie. If you have seen the trailers or TV spots for the upcoming Spider-Man sequel, you should know about Tony Stark’s death by now.
As for Spider-Man: Far From Home, it’ll be interesting to see how the movie marks the end of current phase in MCU. As you might already know, Far From Home will introduce Mysterio along with the concept of multiverse. This will open up a whole set of possibilities Marvel movies in the next phase.
