Although we are still months away from the release of The Outer Worlds, it seems that Obsidian Entertainment is already working on its next title.
According to a recent job listing, the company is looking for a Lead Narrative Designer to join the existing development team for a multiplatform RPG. Moreover, the designer will be required to work with game and design directors to develop the plot and story points of the title.
Additionally, the Lead Narrative Writer will be required to write “some portion of dialogue and additional game text to have a basic understanding of the game’s pipelines and to help establish expectations for the other Narrative Designers.”
Given that narratives are some of the first contents studios work on to create compelling games, it’s too early to say anything related to the development. However, recently Kate Dollarhyde turned to Twitter to reveal that the studio is working on a new title. You can check out her tweet below:

At the moment, we will have to wait to find out more from the studio itself. As for The Outer Worlds, the game is set to come out on October 25th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
