Ever since Google posted an image of Pixel 4 few days earlier, there hasn’t been any shortage of rumors and leaks surrounding the upcoming smartphone. However, at the time, we didn’t get to see how the front-side of the upcoming smartphone would look like. Interestingly, a new set of renders has found its way to internet which shows the display design of Pixel 4.
The leak came via IndiaShopps which claimed that the renders came from sources who are close to the Pixel development team. Interestingly, the renders show that if the renders are accurate, then we will get traditional bezels with the upcoming Pixel 4.
While the bezel less displays have been pretty popular lately, rumors claimed that Google will introduce 3D face recognition instead of fingerprint sensor with the upcoming smartphone. As a result, the company will go with traditional bezel in order to implement several sensors at the top of the smartphone. These claims line up with what we have heard lately as the previous image from Google has showed that the Pixel doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor at the back of the handset.
And lastly, the renders showcased a Mint Green color option for the smartphone. If you remember, Pixel 3 was rumored to offer same color earlier last year which never became a reality.
Just like all the other rumors, we should take the latest one with grain of salt. With the release of Pixel 4 is just few months away, expect more leaks to come out as we head to the October 4 release date.
