During Microsoft’s E3 press conference this year, the company confirmed Halo is returning to PC with Halo: Reach with the other installments coming in the next couple of months. While the company didn’t say how much the game will cost at the time of announcement, it later revealed pricing of the upcoming games via a blog post.
In the blog post, the company noted, Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3, and Halo 4 will each cost $9.99. On the other hand, the Halo 3: ODST will cost $4.99. While total cost of owning all these games will be just under $55, they are included in Xbox Game Pass.
As you might already know, all of the Halo games will also come to steam as Microsoft tries to expand the market. If you are one of the users who want to keep their games in single platform, then you will be glad to know all of the games from Steam. Upon release of the last game, all of the games will be available through a bundle. However, we don’t know pricing of that bundle at the moment.
This latest news comes as few days earlier, developers from 343 industries showcased Halo: Reach running on PC for the first time during a livestream.
