Finn Wolfhard Talks about Season 3 of Stranger Things

We are just couple of weeks away from Stranger Things Season 3 premiere and more details of the upcoming season are coming out on a regular basis. If you have watched the trailer for season 3, then you already know that the upcoming season is set in 1985 and will introduce several new characters. While we will have to wait to find out how the season 3 turns out, Finn Wolfhard recently claimed that the upcoming season will be the show’s best season yet.

During an interview  with Empire, the actor said that he thinks the writing along with actors’ performances have become better in the upcoming season due to everyone’s experience with the show. He said, “The first season was more about the adventure aspect and kind of fun, the second season was more about the horror aspect. Season 3 is everything, like the fun of season one and the horror of Season 2 and the Duffers have got better at it, at writing it. And we’ve become better actors.”

The season 2 of Stranger Things ended with several subplots and it will be interesting to see how writers decide to go ahead with the characters in season 3. Previously, Dacre Montgomery warned fans that Billy will be pure evil in this season which will be interesting to say the least. As for new characters, we will see Maya Hawke joining the cast members as Robin, Cary Elwes as Mayor Kline and Jake Busey as journalist Bruce.

Given that Finn would be biased, we will have to wait to find out if the upcoming season actually lives up to the expectations. At the moment, we will have to wait until July 4 to find it out when the season 3 finally premieres on Netflix.
