Few days earlier we learned that BMW is working on “autonomous pizza delivery” system to deliver pizzas in parts of Houston. Interestingly, Chevrolet has now announced its partnership with Domino’s to make it easier for its customers order pizza from their cars.
According to Chevrolet customers who have a smart display available in their vehicle, they will be able to sign in to their Domino’s account to place an order. Talking about the latest addition, Scott Goddard said, “Domino’s has offered pizza lovers innovative ordering and delivery options for years. At the same time, Chevy put technologies in place that allows us to add capabilities to vehicles already on the road, like the ability for our drivers to order pizza through the touchscreen. This new in-vehicle solution is a natural collaboration that both Chevy drivers and pizza connoisseurs can enjoy.”
If you were hoping to complete any order you want, you’d be disappointed to know that you will only be able to order pizzas from your favorite or recent order list. However, if you want to order pizzas directly from your car, you will need to modify your “Easy Order” list.
