According to a latest report by Thurrott, Microsoft is working on some new features for its task management app.
Back in 2016, Microsoft acquired Wunderlist and shortly afterwards released Microsoft To-Do last year. While the application was intended to be a replacement for Wunderlist, it remains more powerful task-management application as Wunderlist offers more functionality than To-Do. However, Microsoft is set to add new features to its application.
The latest development comes as the company noted the upcoming features to the UserVoice page. The company noted,
“We are working on the option to Share Lists between users, in order to collaborate on them. This new feature is currently being tested internally in the team.”
“Our team is working on Subtasks for Microsoft To-Do on all platforms. Stay tuned for upcoming releases and updates of the app, which will all contain plenty of small and big improvements”
While these features are sought after by a number of customers, Microsoft is rumored to bring more features to the client with next release. While noting is confirmed, reports in previous months have suggested that the company might include Cortana integration, file-attaching capabilities, and a dark mode in the next update.
