Although users might need to send a small reply to a text message in different circumstances most of the modern messaging apps do not give users ability to send small answers without manual typing. Interestingly, Google has decided to bring this feature to a new app which will allow users to respond with smart replies via any messaging applications including Google Hangouts, Android Messages, WhatsApp, Twitter among many others.
The rumored app, called Reply, will act as a messaging bot. Interestingly, as Android Police has reported, the app’s suggested responses are pretty clever as the app adapts replies according to different texts. Additionally, the app will use your smartphone’s sensors to know what you are doing and will offer replies accordingly.
At this point, it’s unclear when Google will release the app to general users as the app is part of a closed beta at the moment. As a result, we might need to wait a while before we can get a glimpse at the latest app.
