Google over last couple of months has been releasing its lightweight versions of different applications in an attempt to give users more pleasant experiences on budget smartphones. The move has been praised by consumers as the search engine giant continues to add more apps to the lineup. And now, the company has announced Gmail Go which can benefit users with poor connectivity or low smartphone specifications.
In case you are wondering, the latest app will still allow support for multiple accounts as well as filtering processor for social and promotional emails. While you will have most of the features from the original application available, you will notice some features missing or will require you to take manual action.
As mentioned earlier, the app is dedicated towards those users with slower internet connection. Additionally, the app will use less data compared to the standard Gmail application. You can download the Gmail Go from official Google store by going here.
