If you use YouTube regularly to stream your popular songs, then you already know that Vevo-branded artists feature some of the most subscriber channels on the platform. Interestingly, YouTube has announced that it will be merging Vevo channels’ subscribers into one unified channel for each artist.
While we have to wait to find out how big of an impact the upcoming move will have, YouTube has revealed that all of the artist’s subscribers in one account mean that artists will be able to target a larger audience going forward.
The changes are expected to be rolled out in the coming weeks. However, note that you will still be able to access Vevo channels if you use advance channel filter in search.
