Since its launch earlier last year, Facebook Watch has been working to bring users of the social network more professionally produced videos. And now, you can watch clips from CBS’ different late night shows.
Facebook Watch was launched in August of last year in order to give users opportunity to discover more personalized shows on Facebook. The new video platform suggests you contents based on you and your friend community’s activities. Although the service initially launched for limited number of users from the United States, it later launched the service to US based consumers.
As for late night shows, clips from the network’s most popular shows already appear in other video streaming platform such as YouTube. As a result, it’s not surprising that the network will try to reach more audience via the latest inclusion into Facebook Watch. For now, CBS has added several short form content from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and The Late Late Show with James Corden to Facebook Watch. If you are interested, you can watch these clips on Facebook anytime you want.
While Facebook has been working for a while to bring its own video contents, CBS isn’t producing any original material at the moment as the network is sharing its clips from other networks.
