Last couple of months have been pretty significant due to number of sexual allegations against major actors and The CW
wasn’t any exception. Earlier last year, the network fired Andrew Kreisberg after an investigation. Most recently, president of the network has confirmed that Robert Knepper won’t be returning to play his role as Angus McDonough in season 5.
Interestingly the actor will still star as series regular for the show’s fourth season. Mark Pedowitz explained that the complaints were made last month with the production of the current season ongoing. Moreover, the network launched two different internal investigation against the actor. While the investigations didn’t reveal any wrongdoing from the actor’s part, the actor is currently contracted to complete one season of the show only.
On the other hand, the actor continues to deny claims that he has sexually assaulted five women who revealed similar stories about the actor with the claims starting from early 1983 to late 2013. While the actor won’t be having any problem with the current season of iZombie, we will have to wait to find out if the season 6 of Prison Break will continue as planned.
iZombie will return to The CW for season 4 on February 26 at 9 P.M. ET.
