If you were looking for a cheaper alternative, then you will be glad to know that Drone-maker DJI has introduced a new Osmo Mobile smartphone stabilizer for just $129.
Apart from the reduced price, the The DJI Osmo Mobile 2 comes with several functional improvements. In addition to the landscape mode, the latest stabilizer will also support portrait video to help you shoot at both mode.
Moreover, the updated product also changed the power option for the stabilizer. Instead of using replaceable battery used in the previous version, Osmo Mobile 2 now supports an internal battery with estimated life up to 15 hours on a single charge.
However, you will need to wait few more weeks to get your hands on the stabilizer as DJI will start taking pre-orders from customers from 23rd of January with estimated shipping dates starting from next month.
