Chrome 64 Has started Rolling out to Different Operating System

Earlier yesterday, Google has officially started rolling out the latest version of its popular Chrome web browser for Windows, Mac and Linux users. In addition to introducing some new features, the latest update will mitigate Meltdown and Spectre CPU vulnerabilities.

While we have known for a while that Google will block several ad types going forward, the latest update gives us a view as the browser will now prevent sites from automatically opening new tabs or windows due to transparent overlays. In addition to this, you will be able to completely disable auto play feature of different websites.

Apart from these features, the browser now contains built-in protection against malicious auto-redirects which will allow users to stay in their intended pages. Moreover, Google has updated Chrome’s V8 JavaScript engine to protect users from speculative side-channel attacks.
