While you might be pretty careful in keeping your inbox spam free, sometimes your mailboxes get filled up due to excessing number of newsletter subscriptions. As most of these emails are mass sent, they do not contain relevant information for most users and as a result, they can fill up your inbox pretty fast. As deleting these mails can be pretty time consuming, Google has introduced a new feature for Inbox to solve this problem.
The latest card feature will let you unsubscribe from senders whose emails you haven’t opened over last month. At the moment, the option is available at the top of your inbox. The option contains a reminder that you haven’t opened emails from sender last month and it contains a one-click button to easily unsubscribe. If you are worried that you will delete messages unintentionally, then rest assured, the inbox can flag these newsletters as promos. Therefore, you won’t need to worry that you will end up deleting mails from your contacts.
According to reports, the feature is rolling out to different users around the world.
