Although consumers had pretty high hopes regarding the latest Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL smartphone, the phones didn’t live up to expectations. Despite that, Google’s latest devices has got many positive reviews for their hardware configurations as well as performance. However, users recently complained that screens of both smartphones look washed out. Few days earlier, Google released a software update that fixed the issue. And now, some users have complained that they are experiencing Bluetooth Issue with both of the smartphones.
The latest complaints come via several posts on the Pixel User Community where some users have claimed that the smartphones didn’t detect Bluetooth headset when users connected the headset to their devices. Users pointed out that the problems persisted although the Google Assistant was listening.
While users will be frustrated due to the ongoing issue, a large number of Bluetooth headsets have been affected by similar issues. As a result, the issue might be derived from software bug rather than the brand itself.
As of now, Google is understood to be aware of the issue and is currently working on bringing fixes for the latest problems. While it’s unknown when the fix will be released, Google is at the moment gathering more information before releasing a solution.
