Few days earlier, image editing application, Pixelmator released its latest version 3.7 and thanks to the update, you can use it to edit the photos without leaving original application.
In order to edit any image using the macOS’ photos app, you will need to access the application by right click and then select ‘Edit with’ to get started. Apart from this, the popular image editing application now supports HEIF image format (default format for iPhone 7, 8 and X).
Apart from that, the application now contain an improved repair tool as well as the ability to drag and drop images directly into the application from Safari. The latest update also fixed several bugs from the previous version to provide improved user experience while editing photos.
Recently, the company revealed that it is working on Pixelmator Pro which is dubbed as the world’s most innovative image editing application by the company and set to arrive later in this fall. You can purchase the application for $29.99 from official App Store or update the existing version if you are already using it.
