When Rockstar first announced Red Dead Redemption years earlier, it instantly became point of discussions among gamers who mocked the game as a Grand Theft Auto game with a horse. While there had been several titles in the past which tried to make the western genre popular among gamers, the western settings never truly became attractive for gamers at the current generation. However, all of the criticisms and mockeries went away when the game was released. The game went to become one of the best games developed by the studio and for a long time, gamers expected new announcements regarding the second installment in the series.
The studio recently released another trailer for the upcoming game and we will be getting the game much earlier than expected. The trailer shows that we will go away from John Marston’s quest of redemption and step into the fights with outlaws. While the first game described a story set in the western world, the upcoming one looks like will contain truly unique features of western genre.
While we get a clear glimpse of the storyline, the latest trailer doesn’t feature any actual gameplay footage. However, the trailer shows that the game will take the best elements of the first game and improve upon it. Most importantly, we don’t need to wait too long to get our hands on the upcoming game as the trailer revealed that it will be coming by Spring of next year. You can check out the trailer below.
