Thanks to Nintendo Switch’s popularity, publishers are releasing their previous games on the latest platform to attract even more gamers. Earlier, Bethesda brought Skyrim to Switch and it seems that the game will be far from the last game coming to Switch from the developers. Earlier today, the publisher announced that both Doom and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will be coming to Nintendo’s latest device.
According to the latest announcement, Doom will be available to gamers during this holiday season. On the other hand, the PS4, Xbox One, and PC version of The New Colossus will be out next month which means Switch owners will need to wait until 2018 to get their hands on the highly anticipated game. Lastly, we finally have a date when we will be able to play Skyrim on the handheld device. The publisher announced that the game will be released on November 17th.
The latest development regarding these games is a breath of fresh air since Nintendo historically has difficult time attracting third-party games on its platforms. However, recently developers have started to embrace the devices as Rockstar recently announced that they will bring LA Noire to the platform sometime in future as well.
