Few weeks earlier, Razer launched its wireless mouse targeted towards desktop PC gamers and have managed to attract fair share of praise for the design features. And now, the company has recently announced another wireless mouse, Atheris, targeted towards users who prefer portability while keeping all the advanced functionalities intact.
According to the official claims, the mouse is set to have the longest battery life with one paid of AA batteries set to give the mouse a lifespan total of 350 hours. The mouse features popular design features found in traditional wireless mouse although the mouse connects to the company’s proprietary Adaptive Frequency Technology.
Apart from these, the mouse was designed with an “ambidextrous” design which will allow both right and left handed users to utilize the mouse with ease. However, the mouse is little bit minimalistic in terms of buttons compared to other gaming mice released by the company as it features only five programmable buttons. The mouse however, won’t be available for purchase up until later this year and will come with a price tag of $50 which is understandable given the features the product comes up with.
