Google Makes reCAPTCHA API Available for Android Devices

Although normal users hate the usages of CAPTCHA on websites, Google’s popular technology has been providing security services for websites around the world for a long period of time. While the technology has served webmasters around the world for a long period of time, the search engine giant has released CAPTCHA’s Android API so that developers can benefit from the service.

You might be familiar with CAPTCHA if you are using internet for a long period of time. In past, the technology used distorted texts to identify human from robots when filling out a form or entering sensitive information. However, over the last several years, the company replaced texts with random images and most recently, Google introduced invisible reCAPTCHA which automatically started attesting validity of a user.

With the newly added API, Android developers now can experience more security with the recently updated automatic reCAPTCHA technology. The updated algorithm will benefit users by running risk analysis algorithm at the background which will automatically allow users to stay away from spams without any kind of interaction. The API is included in Google’s SafetyNet API package.
