With E3 coming up just a few days later, computer manufacturers are introducing new gaming computers to attract more consumers. Acer over the years has produced reliable machines with affordable prices and this year is no different as the company unveiled the Aspire GX-281 targeted towards budget oriented gamers.
Similar to other companies, Acer is offering the model with different configuration with based model starting for just $800. The base model of the new desktop model comes with AMD’s new Ryzen 5 1400 processor and Nvidia’s GTX 150 and 1050ti models of graphics cards.
Apart from the suitable processor and graphics card, gamers can choose to add a secondary SSD to make their rig little bit faster. Apart from these configurations, the Aspire GX-281 comes with plenty of ports for connectivity. The models feature 1 USB type-C, 1 USB Type-A, SD Card Reader along with separate ports for microphone and head[hone ports at the front while in the back there are 2 USB Gen2 Type-A, 4 USB 2.0 Type-A ports. While the PC doesn’t have thunderbolt 3 connectivity, you can have multiple display with all the models.
The desktop is available now for $800 from different retailers including Amazon, Newegg and Micro Center.
