Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ Are Affected by another Problem

Although a large number of people doubted if Samsung would be able to recover from its losses fromt eh Note 7 fiasco, the company blew it out of the part with the latest release of Smasugn Galaxy S8 and S8+. It’s been more than a month since the announcement and during this time, the company managed to break its previous sales records. Few weeks earlier, reports first surfaced that a bunch of users are facing red tinted screen as Samsung later acknowledged that the problem comes from a software bug rather than any hardware related issue of its flagship models. Now, users have started to face yet another annoying problem as their phone is shutting down randomly.

Several users in the official forum have complained that their devices are shutting down randomly almost a week earlier and since then, the thread has got several hundred responses from users around the world which means that users from only one region wasn’t affected by the problem.

Although other members have suggested to factory reset the device, the problem still exist and Samsung is yet to respond to the problem. So far, the company hasn’t acknowledged the issue and if the problem affects a large number of users in the coming weeks, it might change. We’ll have to wait and see how Samsung responds to the latest problem.
