Fender Launches App to Control Its Amplifier

Recently, Fender launched a new guitar amplifier to help artists who want to create the classic vintage-tube amp tone without going broke. One of the most interesting feature of the amplifier is its ability to feature both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functionality. Interestingly, the newly launched app can be controlled by free Fender Tone App.

Talking about the product, company’s chief product officer Ethan Kaplan said “Fender Tone is the second release in Fender Digital’s suite of applications, and the first hardware companion application we have developed. It, alongside Fender Tune, aims to accompany players at every stage of their musical journey. With artist-curated presets from Josh Adam Klinghoffer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gary Clark Jr., and Anthrax’s Scott Ian, channeling your favorite song or band for some added inspiration has never been easier.”

You can use the application to model the sounds of the amplifier and after you have created your perfect tone, you can save and share the presets with others. You can download the Fender Tone app from both Play Store and iOS App Store.
