Ford Has Decided to Keep Shelby GT350 and GT350R in Production through the 2018 Model Year

If you are a fan of Ford Mustang, then we’ve a good news for you as Ford has decided to celebrate national Mustang Day by keeping the production of the Shelby GT350 and GT350R in production through the 2018 model year.

This news comes after Doge announced its 840 horsepower Challenger SRT Demon coupe. While this might come as a surprise, American performance cars are going to next level as Chevrolet is also joining the party as it currently offers Camaro ZL besides its highly successful GT350 and Demon.

Although there are rumors suggesting that Ford is already working on a new model for GT500, there’s no official word as when we will get the first look if the rumors are true. Despite that, fans have speculated that the upcoming model will most likely feature more than 700 horsepower.

On the other hand, GT350s are unchanged to the new year although you will get more colors to choose from. Hopefully, we will hear more from the company in the coming days.
