Daniel Craig Is Still Unsure if He Will Return for Next Bond Movie

We still don’t know who will be playing Bond in the next installment of the iconic spy series as Daniel Craig is far from confirming that he will return as Bond in future. However, rest assured about the storyline as writers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade have singed to write the next movie. In case you didn’t know, the due wrote Spectre and several other Bond movies.

Earlier today, journalist Baz Bamigboye broke the news via Twitter that the writers have officially signed on. The duo is with the franchise since 1999 Bond movie The World is Not Enough and hopefully they will come up with another solid storyline. Baz Bamigboye said on Twitter,

“Writers #nealpurvis & #robertwade hired to write story for #Bond25. #DanielCraig still deciding whether he will do it.”

As development of the movie has become pretty stagnant since Spectre was released in November 2015, this news means that the movie will go into production in near future. Despite that, as Daniel Craig still undecided on whether he will return on not to reprise the role, it will be worthwhile to see if the directors and writers decide to reboot the storyline or continue from the loose end of Spectre.

As  the movie set to start shooting in Croatia later this year, we should be getting more news before that and will finally know who will play the role of Bond. Over last couple of months, several names have come up including stars like Michael Fassbender, Tom Hiddleston, Aidan Turner and Idris Elba. Interestingly, Tom Hardy recently expressed that he will be interested in playing the role if Christopher Nolan were to direct the movie. With the other areas of the movie beginning to take shape, it’s only few months perhaps before we learn all the details about the upcoming movie.
